What if my package is lost or delayed?
Contact us at shipping@auroraqueen.com with your order number. We’ll initiate a trace with the carrier. If lost, we’ll reship your items at no cost after investigation (typically 30 days from expected delivery).
Do you offer combined shipping for multiple orders?
Yes! Contact us within 24 hours of placing separate orders, and we’ll combine them if they haven’t shipped yet. Refunds for excess shipping will be issued.
